Beginning his career as a field geologist, Mr Bein worked with several junior mineral exploration companies in the Arabian Nubian Shield between 2005 and 2008. He then gained further experience in the Bathurst Mining Camp from 2008 to 2010 while completing his graduate studies at the University of New Brunswick.
Mr Bein joined Power Metals from Rock Tech Lithium, where he led an exploration team that delivered extensive drilling and field programs, resulting in significant mineral resource growth and the discovery of multiple spodumene pegmatite prospects at the Georgia Lake project.

Mr Butler has served on several boards as directors of listed companies in Canada and Australia. Recent roles include working for Kinross Gold Corporation for 8 years in Canada, USA, Brazil, Chile and Africa. Mr. Butler currently serves as a Director of TSX-listed Millennial Lithium Corp (ML), President and CEO of TSX-listed Superior Mining International Corp (SUI) and CEO and Executive Director of ASX-listed Audalia Resources Limited (ACP).

Mr Dardi specialises in securities law, corporate governance, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. He was Special Projects Consultant to Mr. Jimmy Pattison in 2004 and 2005.
Mr Dardi also served on the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee of Concert Properties, was chair of the Board of Trustees of a major pension plan with assets in excess of $2 billion, and also founded and currently chairs a private mining company with a focus on the Yukon Territory.

Tony has over 25 years experience working in First Nations governance, management, and economic development. During his career, Tony has assisted First Nation communities to participate in the economies taking place within their traditional territories through the development of stand alone First Nation businesses, joint venture partnerships and through negotiating Impact Benefit Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding.
He has been instrumental in working with First Nations, the industry sector, Municipalities, Provincial and Federal governments to assist in the development of mutually beneficial projects having long term sustainable outcomes. Tony has been able to share his story and experiences as a keynote speaker and presenter at several venues including the Prospectors and Developers Conference, Canadian Aboriginal Mining Association, and the University of Waterloo Economic Development Program.
